Reservation and deposit

The reservation will be confirmed when SAGUNTO RENTALS receives the requested payment. The amount of payment required depends on: the apartment you choose, the number of guests and the length of your stay. This amount is indicated in the price calculation and also in the online reservation form.

Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has arrived, at which point you will receive a confirmation via email.

The deposit or bond will be paid in cash upon arrival, unless otherwise instructed. The deposit or deposit is refundable upon departure, once the accommodation has been reviewed.

Cancellation or modification

Please note that payment required when booking is non-refundable, even in case of force majeure.

All cancellations or changes must be made via email only. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

Arrival: procedure

When you reserve an apartment, you will receive confirmation by email. Please print a copy of the email and take it with you, as it includes all the information you will need upon arrival.

If you do not know your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at the time of booking, please let us know your ETA at least three days before arrival. This will help us ensure a quick check-in

Note: for arrivals between 9pm and 1am, there is a charge of €30. Please note that check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

During their stay

You are required to treat your accommodation with care. As well as to respect all the specific rules and regulations of the accommodation. In the event that any damage or breakage occurs, you must notify SAGUNTO RENTALS so that the repairs can be made as soon as possible, as well as to assess the amount thereof.

House Rules

It is also required to respect the logical and reasonable rules of coexistence. As no accommodation is fully soundproofed, everyone expects an acceptable noise level from guests, please be considerate of noise, especially in the evenings and at night.

The person who signs the vacation rental contract (the client) with SAGUNTO RENTALS is responsible for ensuring that he and the other guests behave appropriately. If the behavior is inappropriate and causes inconvenience and problems with the neighborhood, SAGUNTO RENTALS reserves the right to evict the guests from the apartment, with the guests losing the right to any type of compensation from SAGUNTO RENTALS.

Cleaning

The accommodation is cleaned before your arrival. Upon departure the guest must take out the trash, the home must be left in acceptable conditions. SAGUNTO RENTALS has the right to charge additional charges if the accommodation is not left in an acceptable condition.

Number of clients

The client must reserve for the number of guests who will occupy the apartment in the reservation section. If this number varies during your stay, you must reserve for the largest number of people who will be staying in the apartment. For example, if you are booking accommodation for four nights, if there are four nights for two people and two nights with three people, you must make a reservation for three people.

Unless otherwise agreed with SAGUNTO RENTALS, only the number of people indicated by the client when making the reservation will be authorized to use the accommodation. The number of people who can use the accommodation must not exceed the planned number, with the exception of children under three years of age. In case of violation of these obligations, SAGUNTO RENTALS has the right to evict the client and its guests from the accommodation, with the guests losing the right to any type of compensation from SAGUNTO RENTALS.

Changes

Before arrival: in the event that SAGUNTO RENTALS cannot guarantee the client the reserved apartment, SAGUNTO RENTALS will try to find accommodation with similar characteristics subject to availability. If there is no agreement regarding alternative accommodation, SAGUNTO RENTALS will refund the advance payment made for the reservation. SAGUNTO RENTALS is not responsible for any other claim by the client.

Responsibility

SAGUNTO RENTALS is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur during the period of stay in the accommodation, including (but not exclusively): injury to person or possession, as well as losses due to fire, theft or criminal behavior. .

Litigation

In the event of any dispute regarding the reservation of accommodation with SAGUNTO RENTALS, the Spanish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over these matters. The Spanish legislation in force at the time will apply.

Responsibility

SAGUNTO RENTALS offers an online reservation service. In this sense, SAGUNTO RENTALS is not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, changes in plans or prices, as well as damages to people or objects, by its service providers. SAGUNTO RENTALS and its employees are therefore not responsible for: errors and omissions, misrepresentations by third parties, personal injuries or damages during your stay in an accommodation booked through SAGUNTO RENTALS. The liability of SAGUNTO RENTALS is limited to the amount paid for the reservation service.

SAGUNTO RENTALS verifies and updates the information that appears on the website regarding the published accommodations. SAGUNTO RENTALS is not responsible for its content. SAGUNTO RENTALS reserves the right to update the information published on the site at any time, including (but not exclusively): prices, descriptions and photographs.

SAGUNTO RENTALS reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time, as necessary. SAGUNTO RENTALS interprets that any changes are accepted by all parties and that all parties comply with said changes. These terms and conditions do not affect the rights of consumers.
